Holotype, ”, length of body 4.4 mm, of fore wing 4.4 mm.
Head. Antenna with 42 segments, length of third segment 1.4 times fourth, length of third, fourth and penultimate segments 3.5, 2.5 and 1.3 times their maximal width, ultimate segment 1.5 times its maximal width, flagellomeres with two ranks of placodes; eyes glabrous; length of eye in dorsal view three times temple; temple directly narrowed posteriorly, punctate dorsally, shiny, coriaceous ventrally; OOL: diameter of ocellus: POL~3.0:2.0:2.0; frons and vertex smooth medially, shiny, sparsely punctate; face flattened in lateral view, punctate, smooth between punctures; clypeus convex in lateral view and punctate; malar suture absent; occipital flange small and rounded.
Mesosoma. Length of mesosoma 1.13 times its maximal height; side of pronotum smooth posteriorly and ventrally, medially crenulate; mesopleuron, smooth and shiny; precoxal sulcus distinctly punctate and complete; metapleuron sparsely punctate; mesoscutum punctate, weakly depressed posteriorly; notauli punctate and meeting posteriorly; scutellar sulcus large without carinae; scutellum convex and punctate; propodeum convex, smooth with several irregular transverse carinae, mid-longitudinal carina shortly present anteriorly; metapleural flange short and blunt triangular.
Wings. Fore wing: r: SR1z3-SR~8:35; 2-SR: r-m~5:4 (but r-m quasi absent); second submarginal cell petiolate; subbasal cell glabrous anteriorly; subdiscal cell glabrous near vein cu-a; vein cu-a antefurcal; vein 3-CU1 subequal to vein CU1b. Hind wing: vein 2-M coloured; membrane largely glabrous basally.
Legs. Hind coxa smooth with transverse rugae dorsally; lengths of hind femur, tibia and basitarsus 5, 9.4 and 7.3 times their widths, respectively; hind femur largely punctate, its ventral border weakly irregular; tibial spurs 0.36 and 0.5 times basitarsus; outer face of mid tibia with several bristles between setae; hind tibia with two apical teeth.
Metasoma. First tergite 2.43 times longer than apically wide, smooth and shiny, weakly concave medially in lateral view; T1 trapezoidal in dorsal view and angulate before spiracles; spiracles protruding; T2–T4 smooth; T2 equal to longer than T3; second suture smooth, straight; ovipositor sheath 0.13 times fore wing length.
Colour. Brownish yellow. Stripe on outer side of scapus, stemmaticum, humeral plate, hind tarsi and tibial spurs blackish; antennal segments, fore and mid telotarsi, hind tibia (except a small ventral patch), ovipositor sheath dark brownish; trochantellus, apex of third to sixth tergites brownish; fore wing with a small weakly infuscate patch (only reaching middle of marginal cell), veins dark brownish.
