Holotype, ”, length of body 4.6 mm, of fore wing 4.8 mm.

Head ( figure 113 View FIGS ). Antenna with 43 segments, length of third segment 1.17 times fourth, length of third, fourth and penultimate segments 2.8, 2.4 and 3 times their maximal width, apical segment four times its maximal width; length of eye in dorsal view 2.25 times temple; eyes sparsely setose with short setae (hard to see); temple directly narrowed posteriorly, coriaceous; OOL: diameter of ocellus: POL~5:2.5:2; frons smooth medially, laterally sparsely punctate; vertex convex, punctate, flattened near stemmaticum; face convex, punctate; clypeus convex and smooth; maxillary palp 1.36 times height of head; length of malar space one times basal width of mandible; malar suture present; occipital carina weakly protruding dorsally; occipital flange rounded posteriorly and protuberant ventrally.

Mesosoma ( figure 111 View FIGS ). Length of mesosoma 1.25 times its maximal height; side of pronotum medio-anteriorly crenulate and remainder smooth; mesopleuron sparsely punctate, smooth and shiny; precoxal sulcus complete, coarsely punctate medially metapleuron smooth; mesoscutum punctate; scutellar sulcus large with small carinae posteriorly; scutellum convex, smooth and shiny; surface of propodeum medially convex, with short medio-transverse rugae, elsewhere smooth; median-longitudinal carina of propodeum present anteriorly; metapleural flange blunt.

Wings. Fore wing: r: SR1z3-SR~10:32; 2-SR: r-m~9:5; second submarginal cell petiolate; subbasal cell glabrous anteriorly; vein 3-CU1 as long as vein CU1b. Hind wing: 2-M coloured; membrane largely glabrous basally.

Legs. Hind coxa with rugae dorsally, smooth; hind femur punctate, its ventral border irregular; lengths of hind femur, tibia and basitarsus 5.1, 6.9 and 7.7 times their widths, respectively; tibial spurs 0.56 and 0.35 times basitarsus; hind tibia with six apical teeth.

Metasoma. First tergite 2.75 times its apical width; flattened surface of first tergite smooth and shiny; spiracles protruding; second tergite smooth and shiny; T2 1.37 times longer than T3; second suture smooth, straight; ovipositor sheath 0.17 times fore wing length.

Colour. Yellowish. Antenna (except pedicellus and scapus), ovipositor sheath, apical patch of fore wing (occupying 0.65 of cell SR1), stemmaticum, hind tibia nearly completely, hind tibial spurs, basal 0.3 of hind basitarsus blackish/infuscate; apex of hind femur, hind trochantellus, mid tibia and mid tarsus, humeral plate brownish infuscate.

Remaining antennal segments 42 (missing right antenna), length of third segment 1.25 times fourth, length of third and fourth segments 2.5 and twice their maximal width; eye glabrous; length of eye in dorsal view twice temple; temple directly narrowed posteriorly, coriaceous ventrally, smooth and punctate dorsally; OOL: diameter of ocellus: POL~8.0:3.0:3.0; frons smooth medially, finely punctate laterally; vertex convex, slightly punctate, flattened near stemmaticum; face wide, flattened in lateral view, finely punctate, smooth and shiny between punctures; clypeus flattened in lateral view, smooth and shiny; length of malar space 2.3 times basal width of mandible; maxillary palp as long as head height; malar suture absent; occipital flange reduced and straight.

Mesosoma ( figure 36 View FIGS ). Length of mesosoma 1.5 times its maximal height; side of pronotum smooth except a weak medio-transverse crenulae; mesopleuron smooth and shiny, with sparse punctures; precoxal sulcus absent; metapleuron smooth with sparse punctures, shiny; mesoscutum sparsely punctate, depressed posteriorly; scutellum convex, smooth and shiny; propodeum medially convex in lateral view, smooth; metapleural flange absent but ventral border of metapleuron with a small bump.

Wings. Fore wing: r: SR1z3-SR~11:40; 2-SR: r-m~23:13; second submarginal cell petiolate; subbasal cell weakly setose anteriorly; vein 3-CU1 4.7 times longer than vein CU1b. Hind wing: 2-M coloured; membrane largely glabrous basally.

Legs. Hind coxa smooth dorsally; hind femur smooth and sparsely punctate; length of hind femur, tibia and basitarsus 2.1, 11.0 and 7.3 times their widths, respectively; tibial spurs 0.5 and 0.3 times basitarsus; hind tibia with eight apical and four subapical teeth ( figure 136 View FIGS ).

Metasoma. First tergite rectangular, 2.7 times longer than apically wide, smooth and shiny, medially concave and apically weakly convex, in lateral view; spiracles large and weakly protruding; second tergite smooth; T2 1.26 times longer than T3; second suture smooth, straight.

Colour. Green-yellowish to yellowish. Vertex, frons, upper part of temple, longitudinal stripe on lateral and middle lobes of mesoscutum, tergites, S3–S8, scapus except ventrally, antennal segments blackish; S1–S2, inner side of hind femur, basal and apical part of inner side of hind tibia, mid and hind tarsus, trochanter dark brownish; scapus ventrally, border of lobe of mesoscutum, mesopleuron, propodeum, metapleuron, fore legs, mid legs except tarsus, hind coxa, outer side of hind femur, hind tibia (except inner side basally and apically), hind tibial spurs, trochantellus yellowish; membrane of wing completely infuscate.

Description of female

Length of body 8.4 mm, of fore wing 8.4 mm.

Head. Antenna with 53 segments, length of third segment 1.17 times fourth, length of third, fourth and penultimate segments 2.8, 2.4 and 2 times their maximal width, ultimate antennal segment three times its maximal width; eye glabrous; length of eye in dorsal view 2.2 times temple; temple directly narrowed posteriorly, coriaceous ventrally, smooth and punctate dorsally; OOL: diameter of ocellus: POL~3.0:1.0:2.0; frons smooth medially, finely punctate laterally; vertex convex, slightly punctate, flattened near stemmaticum; face wide, flattened in lateral view, finely punctate, smooth and shiny between punctures; clypeus flattened in lateral view, smooth and shiny; length of malar space 1.3 times basal width of mandible; maxillary palp as long as head height; malar suture absent; occipital flange reduced and straight.

Mesosoma. Length of mesosoma 1.4 times its maximal height; side of pronotum smooth except a weak medio-transverse crenulation; mesopleuron smooth and shiny, with sparse punctures; precoxal sulcus absent; metapleuron smooth with sparse punctures, shiny; mesoscutum sparsely punctate, depressed posteriorly; scutellum convex, smooth and shiny; propodeum medially convex in lateral view, smooth and shiny; metapleural flange absent but ventral border of metapleuron with a small bump.

Wings. Fore wing: r: SR1z3-SR~15:50; 2-SR: r-m~15:10; second submarginal cell subsessile; subbasal cell weakly setose anteriorly; vein 3-CU1 4.7 times longer than vein CU1b. Hind wing: 2-M coloured; membrane largely glabrous basally.

Legs. Hind coxa smooth dorsally; hind femur smooth and sparsely punctate; lengths of hind femur, tibia and basitarsus 4.2, 11.25 and 9.0 times their widths, respectively; tibial spurs 0.5 and 0.27 times basitarsus; hind tibia with five apical and five subapical teeth.

Metasoma. First tergite rectangular, 3.3 times longer than apically wide, smooth and shiny, medially concave and apically weakly convex, in lateral view; spiracles large and weakly protruding; second tergite smooth; T2 1.7 times longer than T3; second suture smooth, straight; length of ovipositor sheath 1.3 times length of fore wing.

Colour. Green-yellowish to yellow. Vertex, frons, upper part of temple, longitudinal stripe on lateral and middle lobe of mesoscutum, scapus except ventrally, antennal segments blackish; T1–T3 basally, T3 medio-longitudinally and posteriorly, patch on second epipleuron, S3 completely, inner side of hind femur, basal and apical part of inner side of hind tibia, mid and hind tarsus, trochanter dark brownish; scapus ventrally, border of lateral lobe of mesoscutum, mesopleuron, propodeum, metapleuron, fore legs, mid legs except tarsus, hind coxa, outer side of hind femur, hind tibia (except inner side basally and apically), hind tibial spurs, trochantellus yellowish; membrane of wing completely weakly infuscate.
