Holotype, ”, length of body 9 mm, of fore wing 6.8 mm.

Head. Antenna with 54 segments, length of antenna 1.7 times fore wing, length of third segment 1.3 times fourth, lengths of third, fourth, penultimate and terminal segments 4.0, 3.0, 2.0 and 3.3 times their maximal widths, respectively; eyes glabrous; length of eye in dorsal view 2.4 times temple; temple coriaceous ventrally and smooth dorsally, directly narrowed posteriorly; occipital carina not producing dorsally; OOL: diameter of ocellus: POL~2.0:1.0:1.0; frons smooth medially; vertex convex, flattened near stemmaticum, smooth laterally; face convex in lateral view, punctate; clypeus weakly convex in lateral view, punctate; length of malar space equal to basal width of mandible; malar suture present; occipital flange straight ventrally and rounded posteriorly; malar suture present.

Mesosoma ( figure 75 View FIGS ). Length of mesosoma 1.2 times its maximal height; side of pronotum medio-anteriorly crenulate and remainder smooth; mesopleuron smooth and shiny between punctures; precoxal sulcus quasi complete, punctate; scutellum with narrow oval (and punctate) longitudinal depression medially; metapleuron punctate; mesoscutum sparsely punctate; propodeum medially flattened in lateral view, laterally and anteriorly with some irregular rugae, remainder as a flattened smooth and polished area ( figure 21 View FIGS ); posterior border of propodeum with a strong lamella laterally (triangular), this lamella absent medially; metapleural flange rounded.

Wings. Fore wing: r: SR1z3-SR~15:60; 2-SR: r-m~16:12; second submarginal cell subsessile; subbasal cell glabrous anteriorly; vein 3-CU1 twice longer than vein CU1b. Hind wing: 2-M coloured; membrane largely glabrous basally.

Legs. Hind coxa punctate with coarse parallel rugae dorso-transversely ( figure 76 View FIGS ); lengths of hind femur, tibia and basitarsus 5.7, 7.7 and 6.6 times their widths, respectively; tibial spurs 0.57 and 0.42 times basitarsus; hind tibia with seven apical teeth.

Metasoma. First tergite rectangular, 3.0 times longer than apically wide, smooth and shiny, medially concave and apically weakly convex in lateral view, midlongitudinally weakly depressed; spiracles strongly protruding, presence of an acute angle before spiracle; second tergite smooth; T2 1.2 times longer than T3; second suture smooth, straight; ovipositor sheath shorter than fore wing.

Colour. Brownish yellow. Stemmaticum, outer stripe on scapus, apex of hind tibia, apex of hind basitarsus, following hind tarsus blackish; ovipositor sheath brownish; tegula and humeral plate yellowish.
