1973 (M. Alvarenga). Holotype, ”, length of body 4.8 mm, of fore wing 5.2 mm. Head. Antenna with 48 segments, 1.7 times fore wing, length of third segment
1.3 times fourth, length of third, fourth, penultimate and terminal segments 4.5, 3.5,
3.0 and 3.3 times their maximal widths, respectively; length of eye in dorsal view 3.3
times temple; eyes glabrous; temple directly narrowed posteriorly, coriaceous; OOL: diameter of ocellus: POL~3.0:2.0:2.5; frons smooth medially, laterally punctate; vertex convex, slightly punctate, flattened near stemmaticum; face convex, coarsely punctate; clypeus convex and punctate; length of malar space equal to basal width of mandible; malar suture absent; occipital flange rounded posteriorly and straight ventrally.
Mesosoma. Length of mesosoma 1.4 times its maximal height; side of pronotum medially rugose, ventrally weakly coriaceous, remainder smooth; mesopleuron sparsely and finely punctate; precoxal sulcus incomplete, only punctate medially; metapleuron smooth and sparsely punctate; mesoscutum sparsely punctate; scutellar sulcus narrow with small carinae posteriorly; scutellum convex and
sparsely punctate; propodeum medially convex in lateral view, smooth and shiny, with some weak transverse wrinkles mid-longitudinally; mid-longitudinal carina of propodeum absent; metapleural flange blunt.
Wings. Fore wing: r: SR1z3-SR~11:45; 2-SR: r-m~8:5; second submarginal cell petiolate; subbasal cell glabrous anteriorly; vein 3-CU1 as long as vein CU1b. Hind wing: 2-M coloured; membrane largely glabrous basally.
Legs. Hind coxa with coarse transverse rugae dorsally, smooth to weakly rugose, shiny; lengths of hind femur, tibia and basitarsus 5.5, 8.3, 8.3 and times their widths, respectively; tibial spurs 0.56 and 0.4 times basitarsus; hind tibia with three apical teeth.
Metasoma. First tergite three times longer than apically wide, shiny and weakly coriaceous, medially concave (in lateral view); spiracles weakly protruding; second tergite smooth and shiny; T2 1.1 times longer than T3; second suture smooth, straight; ovipositor sheath less than 0.1 times fore wing length.
Colour. Brownish yellow. Antennal segments, pedicellus (inner side except), outer stripe of scapus, frons laterally, vertex, stemmaticum, telotarsi, hind tarsus,
hind tibia except ventral submedial patch, hind tibial spurs blackish; apical patch of fore wing (apical half of marginal cell), hind femur apically, hind trochanter apically, hind trochantellus totally infuscate; dorsal face of T4–T8, ovipositor
sheath dark brown; subapical patch on T1, hind coxa, propodeum rufous; tegula, humeral plate, pronotum ventrally, maxillary palps yellowish.
