Diagnosis. This species can be distinguished from all other described species by combination of all the following characters: 1) impunctate metasomal tergites in females; 2) entirely black mesopleuron in males ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 9 – 14 ).

Description. Holotype female. Fore wing 5 mm long, body about 5 mm. Scapus 0.7 × as long as wide. Head slightly narrowed behind eyes. Maximal length of temple 1.13 × transverse eye diameter; minimal length of temple equal to transverse eye diameter. Face width 1.36 × height of eye; slightly convex, medially bulging ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 9 – 14 ). Clypeus not separated from face; rounded; apical margin of clypeus moderately obtuse. Clypeal foveae not large. Malar space as wide as basal mandible width. Lower mandible tooth longer than upper. Head granulate.

Mesosoma matt, granulate. Notaulus shallowly impressed. Mesopleuron granulate, punctate in apical part. Postpectal carina not present. Fore wing with areolet shortly petiolate. Radius intercepting stigma slightly before middle. Second recurrent vein with a single bulla. Nervellus intercepted quit below middle. Nervulus interstitial. Femur length 6.5 × width; ratio of segments 1-5 of hind tarsus 4: 2: 1.3: 1: 1. Claws pectinate at base with small teeth ( Fig. 13 View FIGURES 9 – 14 ). Propodeum with carinae defined, dorsal carinae absent basally, thus area basalis ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 9 – 14 ).

Metasoma matt, granulate. First metasomal tergite width 0.4 × its length; without median longitudinal impression; bordered by lateral longitudinal carinae; medial longitudinal carinae absent. Glymma rather deep. Second metasomal tergite without longitudinal carina at base, elongate. Ovipositor straight and stout ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 9 – 14 ).

Male. Subgenital plate with single notch ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 9 – 14 ). Parameres large, broad. Aedeagus broad in proximal part, without projections, its apex curved at angle 45°.

Coloration. Body mostly black ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 9 – 14 ). Scapus and base of antennal flagella ventrally, face ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 9 – 14 ), mandibles, temples behind eyes, tegulae, fore and middle legs, hind tibia and tarsus, ventral part of trochanters yellowish ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 9 – 14 ). Hind coxae and femur dark brown. Stigma pale. Second metasomal tergite brownish, following tergites reddish-yellow ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 9 – 14 ). Coloration similar in both sexes.
