Material examined. No material could be analyzed. The data given below is based on the literature.
Type locality. Bahia coast, Brazil ( Deichmann 1930).
Diagnosis. Small species, burrowing, 4–7 cm long. Body tapering in both ends. Conical tube feet uniformly distributed over body surface. Body wall thick, rigid. Color bronze to white, with dark spots ( Pawson et al. 2010).
Geographical distribution. Florida, Dry Tortugas, Gulf of Mexico (Texas), Panama and Brazil (from Bahia coast in the NE coast). It can found down to 70 m deep ( Hendler et al. 1995).
