Distribution. Holarctic, temperate. Throughout the Russian territory from Kaliningradskaya Oblast to Khabarovsky Kray, except the Extreme North. Outside Russia: Europe, Turkey, Transcaucasia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, NW China, N America.

Hostplants: Populus tremula , Hippophaё, in Yakutia— Salix ( Gordeeva & Gordeev 2007; Burnasheva 2011).
