Diagnosis. Wing covered by typical flattened scales ( Fig. 3a View FIGURE 3 ). Female hypogynial valve disc-shaped ( Fig. 8 View FIGURE 8 ). Cercus with a dorsal membranous area ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 ).
