Diagnosis. Wingspan 11 mm. This species is characterized by the well-developed stigmata in discal cell and with rounded apex of the forewing. The male genitalia are characterized by the gently arched ventral margin of valva ( Fig. 14a View FIGURES 14–17 ) and the prominent long hair-pencil developed in the segment V. ( Fig. 14b View FIGURES 14–17 ).

Distribution. South Africa, Cameroon.

Remarks. Janse (1954) reported this species from South Africa, based on additional male specimens.
