Discussion. Yasunaga (1999) cited this species as a serious pest on apples and additionally listed other hosts, Pyrus ussuriensis, Marus sieboldi ( Rosaceae ), Maackia amurensis (Leguminosae) and Artemisia sp. (Compositae) . In this current study, large numbers of specimens were collected from a individual of Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim. (Rosaceae) which was found seriously damaged. The field survey suggests that, they have one generation per year in Korea.
