Male diagnosis. Marginal scutellar macrosetae absent ( Fig. 8 View FIGURES 2–8 ); epandrium elongate, apical 1/3 triangular in lateral view ( Figs. 12–15 View FIGURES 12–19 ); gonocoxite with an indentation on apical third of the inner margin ( Figs. 13, 14 View FIGURES 12–19 ); hypandrium with distal margin straight, basal margin rounded ( Fig. 16 View FIGURES 12–19 ); gonostylus tapered and with rounded apex ( Fig. 17 View FIGURES 12–19 ); apex of subepandrial sclerite rounded ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 12–19 ); ejaculatory apodeme narrow in lateral view ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 12–19 ), aedeagal sheath subtriangular in lateral view ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 12–19 ).
Female description ( Figs. 20–35 View FIGURES 20–27 View FIGURES 28–35 ). Similar to male, face with yellowish brown pruinosity; mystacal macrosetae yellowish; abdomen reddish brown, lighter on sublateral sides of tergites 1–3; tergites 2–8 with a dark brown lateral stripe; mid posterior margin of tergites 1–7 with a dark brown band; silvery pruinosity present on tergite 1, anterior half and sides of tergite 2 and lateral posterior margin of tergites 3–6; tergites with short mid-dorsal setae brown, short lateral marginal setae yellow; lateral marginal macrosetae yellow; sternites yellow with yellow setae and pruinosity; lateral margin of tergites 1–3 with a dark brown stripe.
Terminalia ( Figs. 28–34 View FIGURES 28–35 ). Conical, dark reddish brown; tergite 8 with short brown and yellow setae and two yellow macrosetae on each side posterodorsally; tergite 9+10 and cercus yellow setose; sternite 8 triangular, yellow with three yellow macrosetae on each side basally and yellow setose ( Fig. 31 View FIGURES 28–35 ); opening of common duct narrow and junction of common duct and individual ducts broad (about two times the length of common duct opening), rhombus-like shaped; ejection apparatus with texture less evident, longitudinal striae slightly evident, without spines and narrowed basally ( Figs. 32, 33 View FIGURES 28–35 ); spermathecae trumpet-like with canaliculi ( Figs. 32, 34 View FIGURES 28–35 ).
