Body black; inner oculer margins slightly and evenly curved towards antennal bases; in female face convex forward; second flagellomer shorter than wide ( fig. 31b View Fig ); areolet rectangle, Intercubitus II. not interruptud ( fig. 31a View Fig ); metafemora, metatibiae and tarsal segments with spins ( fig. 31c View Fig ); ovipositor not protruding beyond abdominal apex, its long shorter than half of fore wing.
