Central European regions, Middle Volga region, Volga–Don region, Caucasus, Middle and S Urals, West Siberia, Altai, southern part of Krasnoyarsky Kray, Khakassia, Tuva, Irkutskaya Oblast, Republic of Buryatia, Zabaikalsky Kray, Amurskaya Oblast, Jewish Autonomous Oblast, southern part of Khabarovsky Kray, Primorye. Outside Russia: NE and central Europe, Crimea, Turkey, Transcaucasia, N Kazakhstan, N, NE, SW and central China, Korea, Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu Isl.).
Hostplants: fresh and flaccid leaves of Artemisia , Melilotus , Lonicera ( Beljaev 2016) .
