Distribution in Iran. Hormozgan ( Linnavuori 2004b), Kerman ( Wagner 1958), Khorasan ( Reuter 1904; Linnavuori & Modarres Awal 1999; Kerzhner & Josifov 1999 — lectotype from Neh-i-bendan, Duruh-Gesik). General distribution and hosts. Eremian species, known from Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Palestine and Saudi Arabia; found on Seidlitzia rosmarinus ( Linnavuori & Modarres Awal 1999) and Zygophyllum sp. ( Linnavuori 2004b).
Comments. Wagner (1957) included Psallopsis nov. spec. prope basalis Reut. from Makran (Sistan & Baluchestan province); this species was apparently never described.
