Ardabil ( Linnavuori 2007), Fars (Linnavuori 2010), Guilan ( Linnavuori 2007), Kordestan (Linnavuori 2010), Tehran ( Linnavuori 2007), Iran (no locality cited) ( Aukema et al. 2013). General distribution and hosts. Irano-Turanian species, recorded from Caucasus, Central Asia, Iran and Turkey; living on Populus nigra ( Linnavuori 2007, 2010) and Salix sp. (Linnavuori 2010).
