Distribution in Iran. Golestan (Heiss & Linnavuori 2002 ), Khorasan ( Linnavuori & Modarres Awal 1999), Iran (no locality cited) ( Kerzhner & Josifov 1999; Aukema et al. 2013).
General distribution and hosts. Syrio-Anatolian species, known from Egypt, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Turkemistan and Asian part of Turkey; living on Asphodelus microcarpus (Chérot, 1997) and Eremurus stenophyllus ( Linnavuori & Modarres Awal 1999) .
