Invalid name used in the litterature: Calocoris ochromelas (Gmelin, 1790) (junior primary homonym of Cimex ochromelas Gmelin, 1790 ).
Distribution in Iran. East Azarbaijan ( Sadaghian et al. 2002 under the name Calocoris ochromelas (Gmelin, 1790) ; Sadaghian et al. 2004; Yarmand et al. 2004; Nikdel et al. 2011), Iran (no locality cited) ( Aukema et al. 2013).
General distribution. Widely distributed in Europe, also known from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia and both parts of Turkey.
