Intermediate host: Lymnaea truncatula ( Gastropoda: Lymnaeidae ).

Cercarial morphotype group: gymnocephalous.

Habitat: freshwater.

Definitive host group: mammals.

Localities: Andizhan, Namangan, Fergana, Tashkent, Syrdarya, Jizakh, Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya Provinces.
