Type locality. Río Mamoré , Trinidad, Bolivia .

Distribution. Known from Bolivia, Brazil, and Peru ( Plt. 299A View Plate 299 ). In Brazil, recorded in southwestern Amazonia and Beni savannas ( Plt. 299A View Plate 299 ), mostly at low elevations ( Plt. 299B View Plate 299 ). Observed in the field in forest ( Bernarde et al., 2011).
