Description. Adult ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 1 – 6 ). Length of forewing 11 mm in male. Frons and vertex white; cilia on antennae, pale reddish yellow. Patagia and tegulae red-yellow. Ground color of forewing pure white; costal margin pale yellow, except black basal area; subbasal line band broad, pale red; antemedial line pale red, waved, shortly forked at costa; medial line pale red, waved, with 3 large, red discocellular patches and hair fringe at costa; post medial lines slender, S-shaped, pale red; subterminal line broad, pale red; terminal line pale yellow; fringe whitish yellow. Hindwing fuscous whitish yellow; costal margin and terminal line pale yellow; one dark discoidal spot; fringe whitish yellow. Abdomen slender, dark, covered with white scales.
Male genitalia ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 7 – 11 ). Uncus slender, with small spine at top, almost same length as tegumen; valvae triangular, apex rounded and membranous, with weakly setose; costa of valva sclerotized, with roundly convex middle area; two short and sclerotized process on the harpe, one towards the apex and semicircular, another dislocated middle part of harpe and nipple-shaped; saccular process short, broadened, with roundly angled apex; juxta suptrapezoid; aedeagus short, stout, sclerotized in distal end, with two short apical spines; vesica with one group of short spines and one group of long spines, which are more than 5 times longer than previously mentioned short spines.
Female genitalia. Unknown.
