REMARKS.—This is a very small species (body length 12.20–13.50) with piceous markings of the head, thorax, postclypeus, and ventral abdomen. This is the only known species of Herrera where the male operculum is piceous.
DISTRIBUTION.—Specimens have been reported from Peru and Ecuador with the Ecuadorian example originating in Sucumbios province ( Sanborn 2020b).
