REMARKS: Uncertain presence in the Mediterranean Sea. At least part of the records refer probably to the species Dodecaceria saxicola ( Grube, 1855) , to D. sextentaculata (Delle Chiaje, 1822) , or to both ( Castelli et al. 2008).
