Specimens examined. Holotype, Ψ [USNM 25948]: [ PHILIPPINE ISLANDS] Island Sibuyan Baker (p)/18917 (h)/Ψ (p)/ Type No. (p) 25948 (h) U.S. N.M. (p)/ Cisseicoraebus bakeri 1922 View in CoL Fisher (h); the remainder of the type series (USNM) and specimens from CLBC, TLCS and UNCS.

Remarks. This species is well known and found in many collections. There is some variation in the color and the pattern of elytral spots and fascia, but all specimens of this species are from Romblon and Sibuyan islands. It can be separated from the two new species as discussed below and in the following key.
