Material examined. – 1 specimen – Central catchment area - 1 ex., Chestnut Drive “Va” stream, 23 Jun.1994, NS 165A, coll. C. M. Yang ( ZRC) .

Distribution. – India, Nepal, Southern China, Thailand, West Malaysia, Indonesia [Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan], Philippines (d’Orchymont, 1932; Hebauer, 1995a; Hansen, 1999). Singapore!

Ecology. – The specimens from North Sumatra [Lake Toba area (RINSB)] were collected in a swampy area fed by small helocrenes. The Singapore specimen was found among packs of rotten leaves at the edge of a slow-flowing, shaded stream.
