Material examined. China: Tibet: 34 adults (in alcohol, CJ-01-49), Bome, Songzong, 3400 m a.s.l., from litter under pine tree, 22 Aug. 2001, leg. Jun Chen; 7 adults (in alcohol, CJ-01-50), from moss, other data same as CJ-01- 49; 3 adults (in alcohol, CJ-01-58), Bome, Zhamu, 2900 m a.s.l., from litter under shrub, 23 Aug. 2001; 6 adults (in alcohol, CJ-01-59), from trunk, other data same as CJ-01-58; 5 adults (in alcohol, CJ-01-60), same data as CJ-01- 59; 2 adults (in alcohol, CJ-01-64), Bome, Tongmai, from litter under shrub, 24 Aug. 2001, leg. Jun Chen; 2 adults (in alcohol, CJ-01-98), Nyalam, Zhangmu, State Road 318, 2670 m a.s.l., from litter under shrub, 3 Sep. 2001, leg. Jun Chen. (Newly recorded species from China).
Remarks. Compared with holotype, the specimens from Tibet have longer lamellar setae. This species is mainly distinguished from A. ardua by the shape of sensilla (bacilliform without head versus with swollen head in A. ardua ).
