Filiglossa Rayment 1959: 324 . Type species: Filiglossa filamentosa Rayment 1959 , by original designation. Leioproctus (Filiglossa) View in CoL ; Michener 1965: 69.

Geographic distribution: eastern Australia (Victoria to Queensland); Western Australia.

Included species (4): Filiglossa davisi ( Maynard 1994) , comb.n. [ Leioproctus (Filiglossa) ]; Filiglossa filamentosa Rayment 1959 ; Filiglossa hamata ( Maynard 1994), comb.n. [ Leioproctus (Filiglossa) ]; Filiglossa prolata ( Maynard 1994) , comb.n. [ Leioproctus (Filiglossa) ].

Comments. Filiglossa was revised by Maynard (1994), who treated it as Leioproctus (Filiglossa) .
