TYPE MATERIAL. — Turkey. Güvercin Ada , Kaş, 12 m depth, rocky bottom, night dive, 30.VIII.2003, 1 ♂ holotype cl 5.7 mm ( MNHN) ; 1 juv. paratype cl 4.4 mm ( TAU) .
ETYMOLOGY. — From pulchellus (Latin): very pretty. DISTRIBUTION. — Known only from type locality. This is the first record of this handsome genus from the Mediterranean.
