Remarks
Aetheomorpha furcata Medvedev and Kantner, 2002 is close to A. decemnotata ( Jacoby, 1892) in the colour pattern: the pronotum is completely fulvous and elytron is covered with four black spots. The obviously broad bidentate aedeagal apex is a useful character by which to recognize A. furcata Medvedev and Kantner. Moreover , this species also has the following characters: vertex and scutellum fulvous, body more slender, spermathecal duct very long, loosely coiled dozens of times with a thickened base. Moreover, the dorsal rectal sclerites are different from those in the other congeneric species, central sclerite is semicircular, lateral ones are sub-triangular.
