Distribution. Vietnam, described from Hà Tĭnh, Lào Cai, Phú Thọ and Vĭnh Phúc provinces on the basis of several specimens including males, females and larvae ( Cao & Bae 2008).
Remarks. Affinities of the species were discussed above. Some specimens reported as N. obscuripennis by Stark & Sivec (2008) may refer to this species.
