Description. FEMALE (2 specimens). Fore wing length 2.2–2.5 mm.
Head. Temples moderately long, slightly rounded, head a little constricted behind eyes; whole head granulate with moderately dense short erected pilosity, ocellar triangle slightly obtuse anteriorly and only slightly protruding from vertex, OOi = 2, IOi = 1.5; frons cambered medially, face almost 2x wider than high, centrally protruding; clypeus more finely granulated than face and with sparse punctures, its apical margin smooth and with a median row of long hairs, Ci = 3; MLMi = 1.2, sub-ocular sulcus shallow, very finely granulated; mandible long with subequalupper tooth longer than lower; antenna with 18–19 flagellomeres, FL1 = 2, flagellum slightly thickening from base to apex, penultimate flagellomere 1.2x wider than first, last flagellomere elongate and swollen (FL18/19=2.6).
Mesosoma. Whole mesosoma granulate and moderately hairy; notaulus indistinct; scutellum carinated to basal third; mesopleuron with prepectal carina meeting front edge of mesopleuron near lower 0.3 of hind margin of pronotum; foveate groove distinct, angled 50° from transverse, reaching near 0.5 of hind margin of pronotum; propodeum with a lone median longitudinal carina linking base of propodeum to petiolar area, bordered by lateral apical areas, propodeal spiracle separated from pleural carina by 2.5x its diameter. Legs with longer hind spur 0.4x as long as basitarsus. Hind wing with 1/Cu & cu-a moderately reclivous.
Metasoma. Tergite I with glymma distinct at its basal 0.4 and spiracle opening at its apical 0.4, dorsal face of tergite I granulate reticulate with smooth apical margin; remainder of metasoma polished; tergite II lacking punctures at the level of the spiracle, thyridium thin, 0.4x as long as tergite; ovipositor very long, about as long as metasoma, its tip strongly sinuate, OTi = 3.6.
Color. Black reddish overall with metasomal tergite II and following testaceous; apical margin of clypeus and mandibles orange yellow, palpi yellow, antenna basally yellow, progressively infuscate to apex; legs yellow, hind coxa slightly darker; wings hyaline, pterostigma light brown.
MALE (1 specimen) Fore wing length: 2.4 mm. Antenna with 20 flagellomeres. Otherwise similar to female.
