Neodryinus isoneurus Xu & He 1997: 414 .
Material examined. Type: Holotype, female, P. R. CHINA: Yunnan Province, Ruili, 5.v.1981, J. He coll. ( ZJUC!).
Diagnosis. Female with notauli incomplete; segment 5 of fore tarsus with more than 20 medial lamellae ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 7 – 10. 7 ). Male unknown.
Redescription. Female: fully winged; length 6.0 mm. Head black; antenna black, with ventral side of segment 1 whitish and segments 9–10 red-brown; mesosoma black; metasoma with dorsal surface black and ventral side red-brown; legs red-brown, except tibiae and tarsal segments 4–5 black. Antenna weakly clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 6:3.5:18.5:11:10:6.5:5:4:4:4.5. Head shiny, excavated, granulated; face, vertex and genae sculptured by some longitudinal keels; occiput granulated, hairy; frontal line incomplete; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind ocellar triangle; POL = 1.5; OL = 1.5; OOL = 6.5; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OL (1:1.5); temples distinct. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum crossed by a strong anterior transverse impression, dull, hairy, granulated and sculptured by numerous longitudinal keels around anterior collar and disc; posterior edges of pronotum rounded, not produced into lobes. Scutum dull, granulated. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.5 length of scutum. Scutellum dull, granulated. Metanotum short, sculptured by longitudinal striae. Propodeum with dorsal surface reticulate rugose and sculptured by some longitudinal keels; dorsal surface longer than posterior surface (7:4.5); posterior surface reticulate rugose, with two longitudinal keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein about as long as proximal part; marginal cell open. Fore trochanters more than four times as long as broad (9:2). Fore tarsal segments in following proportions: 14:1.5:4:9.5:15.5. Fore tarsal segment 3 produced into a hook. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 7 – 10. 7 ) with a subapical tooth and a row of six bristles. Segment 5 of fore tarsus ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 7 – 10. 7 ) with two rows of 10 + 13 lamellae; distal apex with a group of 15 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/2.
Male: unknown.
Distribution. Only known in the type locality.
