Records from India. GOA: Anjuna beach, Vagator beach, among mixed intertidal algae and sediments— Dovgal et al. (2008), Chatterjee & Guru (2011b). MAHARASTRA: Mumbai coast (Arabian Sea), among algae and sediments — Chatterjee & Chang (2004).
Distribution. ITE— India (Goa, Maharastra).
Remarks. Scanning electron microscopic observations of this species from Goa was given in Chatterjee & Guru (2011b). Copidognathus arabicus belongs to the ‘ Copidognathus bairdi group’. Dovgal et al. (2008) reported suctorian ciliate Praethecacineta halacari (Schulz, 1933) as epibiont on this species from Goa, India.
