Redescription, female. Body length 9.1 mm. Head with dark blue reflection; mesosoma with dark blue reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings subhyaline. Head wide. Mandible with five distal teeth, wide, angled. and with lower tooth longer than others. Median clypeal lobe rounded, short. Frons coriaceous ; antennal scrobe carinate. Eye small. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli small. Vertex straight. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina absent; posterior margin without posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectalpropodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity polished. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea present; mesopleural suture opened. Mesotibia spinose.
Redescription, male. Body length 5.38 mm. Mesosoma with darkish blue reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings sub-hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres long, with dense and short setae. Mandible wide, slightly angled, and step-shaped. Median clypeal lobe angulate, very short; median clypeal carina hardly distinct from clypeus. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli large. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc shorter than wide, sparsely punctate; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina absent; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea opened; mesopleural fovea opened; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia spinose. Claws bifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. Basiparamere shorter than paramere; paramere wide, angled, and with ventral margin convex and dorsal margin sinuous, sparsely setose; basivolsella with apical excavation at inner margin; cuspis with arms short, dorsal arm wide; aedeagus basal portion angled and slender, apical portion shorter than basal portion and slender; apodeme slender.
