Description, male. Body length 5.23 mm. Head with green reflection; mesosoma with darkish green reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings sub-hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres short, with dense and short setae. Mandible narrow, curved, and with lower tooth longer than others. Median clypeal lobe angulate, short. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe carinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli large. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, polished; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectalpropodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws trifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. Basiparamere shorter than paramere; paramere wide, rounded, sinuous, with apex more slender, glabrous; basivolsella straight; cuspis with arms long, dorsal arm slender; aedeagus with basal portion convex and slender, and apical portion as long as basal and very slender; apodeme slender.

Distribution. Peru.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. breviramus by having the body with darkish green reflection and the metapectal-propodeal disc black; the mandible with the lower tooth longer than the others; the clypeus with the median lobe short; the metapostnotum with longitudinal ridges; the paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; the paramere fusiform with the basal portion continuous; and the aedeagus with the apical portion very slender, whereas A. breviramus has the body black; the mandible with the teeth equally wide; the clypeus with the median lobe long; the metapostnotum without longitudinal ridges; the paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; the paramere bifid; and the aedeagus with the basal portion wide.
