Redescription, female. Body length 2.92 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Mandible with five distal teeth, very narrow, curved, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe angulate, long. Frons coriaceous ; antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli large. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc shorter than wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina absent; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity polished. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea opened; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws bifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv longer than genitalia body; 2vv shorter than 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv long; 1vf slightly curved forward; 2vf slender and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv not curved, ventral process large, and posterior process short; 2rv not curved.
Material examined. Holotype, ♀, [ COLOMBIA], Bogota, Lindig S. col. ( ZMBH, #190) . DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, Province La Vega, 1 ♀, 10 Km NE Jarabacoa, Raquet Club, mixed for[est], 550m, 20.vii–4.viii.1995, FIT, S . + J. Peck (CNCI).
