Redescription, female. Body length 3.92 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings bi-banded; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Mandible with five distal teeth, narrow, slightly angled, and with two upper teeth wider than others. Median clypeal lobe angulate, short. Frons coriaceous ; antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli very small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectalpropodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea divided; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma not developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws bifid. Metasomal segments densely setose. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv as long as genitalia body; 2vv as long as 1vv length, abruptly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf strongly curved forward; 2vf slender, angled, and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv slightly curved forward, ventral process large, and posterior process short; 2rv slightly curved forward.

Material examined. Holotype, ♀, GUATEMALA, Guatemala City, Oncidium splendidum foot; from GUATEMALA, C.A; intercepted Honolulu, Hawaii, 14°38'0"N 90°30'0"W, 10–20–32; Hawaii n° 5085; Hym lot n° 8772 ( USNM).
