Redescription, male. Body length 3.6 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings sub-hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres short. Mandible narrow and with lower tooth longer than others. Median clypeal lobe angulate, long, with apical median tooth. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe carinate and reaching eye. Eye large, circumocular suture present. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle obtuse; ocelli small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous and with transverse pronotal carina followed by several carinae; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Mesotibia not spinose. Genitalia. Basiparamere shorter than paramere; paramere slender and club-shaped, glabrous; basivolsella with inner margin angled; cuspis with arms short, dorsal arm wide; aedeagus with basal portion angled and slender, and apical portion longer than basal and wide; apodeme wide.
Redescription, female. Body length 5.46 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Mandible with five distal teeth, narrow, curved, and with lower tooth longer than others. Median clypeal lobe rounded, long, with median tooth at apical margin. Frons coriaceous ; antennal scrobe carinate, but weak. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle obtuse; ocelli very small. Vertex convex. Strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectalpropodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws bifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv as long as genitalia body; 2vv as long as 1vv length, abruptly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf strongly curved forward; 2vf slender and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv slightly curved forward, ventral process large, and posterior process short; 2rv strongly curved forward.
