Redescription, female. Body length 6.23 mm. Head with green reflection; mesosoma with green reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings subhyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Mandible with five distal teeth, wide, curved, and step-shaped. Median clypeal lobe angulate, short. Frons coriaceous ; antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye small. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle obtuse; ocelli very small. Vertex straight. Pronotal disc as long as wide, sparsely punctured; transverse pronotal carina present, incomplete; posterior margin without posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectalpropodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity polished. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia spinose; claws bifid. Metasomal segments densely setose. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv slightly longer than genitalia body; 2vv as long as 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf strongly curved forward; 2vf slender, ventral margin angled, and with dorsal lap swollen posteriorly; 1rv strongly curved forward, ventral process small, and posterior process long; 2rv strongly curved forward.
Redescription, male. Body length 3.5–5.5 mm. Head with darkish green reflection; mesosoma with darkish green reflection; wings subhyaline; metasoma dark castaneous with apex castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres long. Mandible slender, curved, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe angulate, short. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli small. Vertex convex. Sparsely punctate; transverse pronotal carina present, incomplete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Claws bifid. Genitalia. Basiparamere shorter than paramere; paramere slender, rounded, and with ventral margin convex and dorsal margin straight, densely setose; basivolsella straight; cuspis with arms short, dorsal arm slender; aedeagus basal portion convex and slender, apical portion as long as basal portion and slender; apodeme slender.
