The reports of this species from Bulgaria: Rila Mts, (Borovets resort) by Drensky (1932: 330), Belasitsa Mts by Drensky (1936a: 31) and Slavyanka Mts by Drensky (1940: 174), as well as from North Macedonia (Udovo, near Gevgelija) by Stojićević (1929: 41) are doubtful, as the certified species records are from Greece and Croatia only ( Bosmans 2009). The material cannot be reviewed (probably lost) and as there are no subsequent reports of the species in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, it is hereby removed from their checklists.
