Holotype: 1 ♂. Eug. Lefevre 1200 m., Pindamonhangaba, S.P., 21.XII.1962; Exp. Dep. Zool.; [on red] Ptesimopsia elongata C.Costa det. 1975, holotype ♂.

Paratype: 1 ♂. Idem, paratype.

Conservation status: Good condition. Holotype with abdomen glued on card under specimen, and genitalia glued on transparent card.
