Paratype: 1 ♂. Berkeley, Cal., 4-12-1930; H. E. Collector; [on yellow] Paratype, Agriotes vandykei ♂, No. 6524 Becker.

Conservation status: Good condition, genitalia glued on a triangle under specimen. Paratype: 1 ♀. Hills back of Berkeley Cal., 16-22-1919; H.W. Wenzel Collection; [on yellow] Paratype, Agriotes vandykei ♀, No. 6524 Becker.

Conservation status: Good condition; left antenna missing. Specimen glued on white triangle by mesoventrite.
