Cotabato Pr., Lake Sebu, 700 m, 06°13’N 124°42’E, I–IV 1998, P. Lays ( IRSNB); 5 males, 1 female, Mindanao, Surigao del Sur, Lianga, 8 km W. of Diatagon, 200 m, 08°42’N 126°05’E, 3–7 VII 2005, J.H. Lourens ( IRSNB); 2 females, S.E. Mindanao, Davao Oriental, Aliwagwag, primary forest, 90 m, 07°43.667’N 126°17.304’E, 30 IV–1 V 2008, J.H. Lourens ( IRSNB); 1 female, Mindanao, Surigao Sur, San Augustin Brgy Gata, 140 m, 08°43.308’N 126°05.691’E, 17–18 III 2009, J.H. Lourens & K. Cerny ( IRSNB).

Distribution. Philippines (Samar and Mindanao).

Remarks. Several specimens from Samar (4 km S.E. of Bagacay) were also identified as O. inermis from the collection of IRSNB.
