As described for Robustagramma altifrons except as follows.

Body length 1.0– 1.6 mm. General color reddish to dark brown. Scutum with four inconspicuous grey vittae. Interfrontal bristles in 4 or 3 pairs in addition to interfrontal setulae. Eye height ca. 1.7–1.9 times genal height. Two preapical palpal bristles, ca. 1.5 times as long as maximum width of palpus.

Posterodorsal katepisternal bristle over half as long as distance between bristle base and wing base. Wing with length ratio of second to third costal sector ca. 0.42–0.50. Mid tibia of male with an apicoventral and several very short ventral bristles on distal third; mid femur of male with a row of 3 or 4 ventral proximal bristles.

Male terminalia: Sternite 5 with 3 pairs of stout bristles around borderline. Dorsomedial length of epandrium ca. 0.3X length of sternite 8. Apex of surstylus rounded in lateral view. Cercus distinctly shorter than surstylus.

Female terminalia: Tergite 10 with 2 small bristles and several small setulae on posteromedial area. Sternite 7 longer than sternite 6, rounded posteriorly.
