Host and locality in Australia: Mutton bird, Puffinus tenuirostris, Fisher Island, Tasmania ( Womersley 1955).
Current name of host: Short-tailed Shearwater, Ardenna tenuirostris (Temminck, 1836) ( Procellariiformes : Procellariidae ).
