Description:
Male.
Fully winged; length 2.18 mm. Head black, except mandibles testaceous; antennae testaceous; mesosoma black; gaster brown; legs testaceous, except hind coxae and

Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.25 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, without sculpture. Propodeum with a transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface completely reticulate rugose, with left longitudinal keel hardly visible; right longitudinal keel absent. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands or spots; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (3:10). Parameres ( Fig. 2 View Figs 1, 2 ) with distal inner rounded process; dorsal membranous process with distal area hairy ( Fig. 2 View Figs 1, 2 ). Tibial spurs 1, 1, 2.

Comments: The male of A. whartoni is similar to that of A. cautum 2OPL, ƚ994. 7KH main difference concerns the dorsal membranous process of parameres: hairy ( Fig. 2 View Figs 1, 2 ) in A. whartoni, KDLUOHVV (¿JV 4, ƽ LQ 2OPL ƚ994 b) in A. cautum . The new species was compared with the holotype of A. cautum IURP 0DGDJDVFDU, %HUHQW\ (%01+).
