Diagnosis (Female): Body length 2 mm ( Fig. 2A View FIGURE 2 ); face with usual pubescence ( Fig. 2B View FIGURE 2 ); oral cavity developed ( Fig. 2B View FIGURE 2 ); mandibles gradually broadened basally ( Fig. 2B View FIGURE 2 ); medio-posterior mesoscutal depression elongate ( Fig. 2C View FIGURE 2 ); mesosoma 1.5× its maximum height ( Fig. 2D View FIGURE 2 ); precoxal sulcus smooth ( Fig. 2D View FIGURE 2 ); pterostigma long-cuneate, 3RSa vein 1.7–1.8× as long as 2RS vein, m-cu vein postfurcal, lower side of discoidal cell 1.5× as long as m-cu vein ( Fig. 2E View FIGURE 2 ); length of hind femur 5.0× its maximum width ( Fig. 2F View FIGURE 2 ); propodeum rugose or with granulose sculpture; first metasomal tergite 1.5× longer than its width at apex ( Fig. 2G View FIGURE 2 ); metasoma black except second tergite yellow ( Fig. 2H View FIGURE 2 ); ovipositor sheaths barely extended beyond apex of metasoma ( Fig. 2H View FIGURE 2 ).

Distribution in Iran: Guilan province (current study).

General distribution: Western Palaearctic ( Yu et al. 2016) and Iran (new record).
