Diagnosis. Thorax black except postalar callus yellow; fore and mid legs dark yellow to brown with femora and coxae slightly more darkness, hind leg dark brown to black except apex of femur, extremities of tibia and tarsus dark yellow to brown; wing slightly brownish in the basal cells, the remaining hyaline; stigma hyaline; hind femur dilated, anteroventral row complete with 12 spines, located more ventrally, posteroventral row with 3 spines on distal quarter; hind tibia slightly arched, anterior surface flattened with longitudinal furrow.
Species revised by Rafael & Ale-Rocha (1995) with drawings of the female terminalia and wing. Male unknown.
