New Ireland : 1, 2, 5.—General distribution: Red Sea, East and South Africa east to Hawaiian Islands and Pitcairn Group, north to Ryukyu and Ogasawara islands, south to Western Australia at 17°30'S , Elizabeth and Middleton Reefs, and Austral Islands.
