This unnamed species is referred as Copella aff. arnoldi in Le Bail et al. (2012). ECOLOGY. — This rare species was only observed in a side arm channel of a rapid area of the Alama River. It was found in small rocky pools with low current velocity. Captured using rotenone. SPECIES CODE. — CARN.
