Remarks
: This species was originally described from
Acrodiclidium salicifolium
(Lauraceae)
in
Puerto Rico
(
De Leon 1965
). It is mainly known from countries in the Neotropical region and also recorded from Hawaii,
India
and
USA
(
Moraes
et al
. 2004
;
Demite
et al
. 2018
). It is now recorded in the
Cook Islands
for the first time.
